 Challenge

The client wanted to promote its new simulation game in the Traditional Chinese-speaking markets of Taiwan, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Macau.

The goal was to build up product awareness and increase the number of people playing the new game in these markets.

 Solution

We decided to promote the game on Facebook, with help from our native Traditional Chinese-speaking marketing specialists.

We ran the client’s Facebook Page, running a social media campaign promoting the game.

We also did community management on a Facebook Group belonging to the client, to further promote the game.

  2. Based on this, we developed a content strategy and created localised content to attract new followers on Facebook.
  3. We generated discussion topics and launched engagement activities on Facebook.
  4. We collected feedback from users to help with product development.
  5. We conducted data reviews and analyses on an ongoing basis to improve the client’s social strategy, including expanding content formats and diversifying community activities on Facebook.
