The client wanted to understand its online reputation in English, German and Chinese-speaking markets.

The ultimate goal was to assist the client in understanding and analysing what was being said online so that the company could manage its brand, products and reputation more effectively.

The client also wanted to identify new product development opportunities.

It was decided that the best solution was to analyse comments on social channels using social listening tools.

  1. We identified the most relevant product keywords to be included in the social listening.
  2. We gathered relevant social content and categorised the posts as positive, neutral or negative.
  3. We manually analysed a subset of posts to gather more in-depth insights about their nature.
  4. We provided an overview of key differences amongst different language comments.
  5. We provided data insights and key recommendations regarding localisation, bugs, game assets, new features, NPCs, etc.
