Our client had a busy social media posting calendar and required support to write and schedule posts on its social media channels (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn) targeting Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

It required a partner agency with a team of social media experts who were knowledgeable and had the flexibility to accommodate urgent, same-day requests.

It also needed wider support with an integrated process, which included uploading articles for use as social media landing pages, email marketing and social media community management.

 Solution

Webcertain wrote engaging and informative social media posts for our client, following client briefs. If required, articles for use as social media landing pages were uploaded to the client's CMS, following client specifications.

Following client approval, posts were scheduled on each social media platform. The Webcertain team were responsible for replying to any comments left on the posts, to engage users and manage potential spam.

  1. We wrote engaging social media posts for the client in-line with their brief, brand and social media best practice.
  2. We also uploaded articles to the client’s CMS, if required. These articles were written by the client and were sometimes used as the social media landing page.
  3. Our team of marketing experts scheduled the posts, following approval.
  4. The Webcertain team replied to user comments on the posts and dealt with any spam comments accordingly.
