 Challenge

Our client – a well-known, global software brand – wanted to improve its search engine visibility and click-through rates for non-branded terms in the Japanese market.

 Solution

We decided to implement an SEO-translation solution, whereby relevant, SEO-optimised keywords are discovered through keyword research, and then worked into the translation in a natural-sounding way.

The project was a great success, with the client seeing improvements for ranking positions and clicks across a range of targeted terms!

  1. We conducted keyword research in Japanese.
  2. We created headings and meta content, mapped keywords to relevant URLs, and created alt tags for images.
  3. The keywords were then worked into the translation in a natural-sounding way, to ensure the content was accurate, high quality and optimised for high volume and relevant search terms.
