Webcertain created a set of multilingual banners which reflected Fellowes’ brand and showcased their product in an engaging way, to draw attention and encourage clicks.

Through close collaboration between Webcertain and Fellowes, the creatives were adapted and signed off at every stage, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

The designs were also easily adaptable for different media, such as social media banners – guaranteeing consistency and efficiency.
Challenge
Fellowes is one of the leading brands in the shredder market and required a range of advertising banners to be used in programmatic display advertising.
It needed an agency partner that could design and build display advertising static and animated banners representing four shredder models, in four different sizes and languages (English, German, French and Spanish).
It wanted to tap into the GDPR changes and promote the importance of data protection and document management.
It also wanted to educate about the general need of shredding confidential paper documents, as well as creating brand awareness.
It sought an agency partner that would meet these goals whilst also ensuring that Fellowes’ brand and style guidelines were respected in an engaging and attractive design.
Solution
Webcertain’s Creative team took care to get a detailed brief from the client in order to fully understand their needs and provide the best service possible.
We then got to work designing engaging static and animated banners that we were sure the client would love!
Execution
- Based on a brief provided by Fellowes, we created storyboards and mock-ups for animated and static banners to visualise the final design and story flow.
- For the animated banners, the storyboards showed how the story will develop, with every frame visualised and notes explaining the animation in each scene.
- This step was followed by a round of review and changes, based on client feedback.
- Once approved, the storyboards were converted into animated banners, and the mock-ups were converted into static banners.
- Banners were adapted for each market to handle the different lengths in text between languages, as well as the different products and pricing offered in each country.
We were delighted with the quality of the creatives we received from Webcertain. The team took time to understand our campaign goals and our brand, both of which were reflected in the ads. There was a clear process and deadlines, which helped the project run smoothly and ensured our timescales were met without any compromise on quality. We have since worked with the team on additional projects and would be confident doing so for any future work.
