To onboard a new Media client, we must collect information in order to build a unique client profile and ensure we fully understand their requirements. This will help us to begin working with the client as smoothly as possible, without unnecessary delays.
The purpose of this service is to ensure that we onboard new Media clients in an efficient and timely manner. We will use the information provided from the briefing questions to guide our approach and manage our resources and workload.
There are a number of reasons we need all of this information from the very beginning:
- Making a mistake at the onboarding stage with a Media client can be very costly, so extra care should be taken to make sure that adequate information is provided to the Media team.
- We can ensure the client is allocated appropriately within the team, taking resource strengths into consideration and giving us a chance to plan the project in.
- We have all of the necessary information to be able to drive this project forwards and make recommendations that are in line with the client's goals and strategy.
