Overview

From time to time it's likely that you'll want to redesign or relaunch all or parts of your website, for example if you want to update your brand image, take advantage of current (and future) technologies or publish a wider range of content.

Getting started in this process can be challenging. You understand your business better than anyone, but producing a future-proofed website design (structurally and visuallly) for your business is extremely difficult unless you have access to the latest technical knowledge.

This workshop will aim to bridge that gap and will produce a technical brief for your redesigned/relaunched website that describes your requirement is sufficient technical detail to enable an accurate quote and outline timescale for the project to be provided.

Quality process

We will talk to you about your overall marketing strategy, your digital strategy and how you'd like to see your website play a more pivotal role within it. We will need to have an in-depth understanding of your business, your goals, your resources and assets and how they work together. The aim is to develop a coherent plan of how the website should represent your business, before we consider how it might function (be programmed) or what it might look like.

Over the course of a number of discussions – at least one of which should be face-to-face – we will explore many different elements that might be incorporated into a digital strategy and will need to be integrated into your website in the current development or a future phase. This will most likely reveal elements that you may not have known were possible or hadn't previously considered.

Once we have this detailed understanding, our team of programmers, designers and marketers will work together to ensure that we produce a brief for the build of a new website/partial website that meets all your requirements and is technically possible.
