That is why social media experts have come up with the concept of "post scheduling", which is uploading all your posts on a social media management platform in advance of them going out. Then the platform will automatically send them live on your chosen dates.

We will schedule your social media posts in advance on a social media management platform of your choice (or one recommended by us, if you do not have a preference). Our favourite social media management platforms are Sprinklr, Falcon, Hootsuite, Sprout Social and Buffer, but we are keen to work with other social media management platforms too.

How it works

The process begins by completing a briefing questionnaire to clarify your objectives. This briefing will be visible to all the team members involved with delivering the service and is the foundation for all our quality checks.

We will need you to provide the messages you want us to schedule/post, the links to be included in these messages, an approximate timeline of when you want these posts to go out, access to your social media pages so we can connect them to a management platform, and any tags you want us to add in order to facilitate reporting (please note although tags are a common feature of most social media management platforms, some of them might not have it).

Our team of social media experts will then analyse your existing social media calendar and ensure your posts go out at optimal times so that your social media pages always have fresh content without being overwhelming for users. When needed, we will also find images to add to your posts.

Once we have scheduled your posts, you will receive an Excel file containing all the scheduled posts together with the dates and times when they will go out.
