Quality process

In order for us to deliver this service, you will need:

  • A server (and ability to give us access)
  • App content in an editable format
  • App design for 5 screens (home screen, document downloads, video and image gallery page, store locator, contact us) and library of assets (.psd format)
  • To provide access to the social media accounts or news feeds you’d like us to integrate
  • App store page content, including title, a description of your app and keywords

Our app developers will begin by setting up the database and content management system (CMS), which will determine what and where information is displayed in your app. You will need to provide graphics (pictures, logos, etc.) and text content you wish to add, although we can provide this for an additional charge. We will then set up the appropriate web services to pass information between the CMS and the app.

The developers will then code your app to the agreed design specifications and test the functionality in a staged environment at each stage of programming.

Once you have also tested you app and given it your approval, we will transfer the CMS to your server and submit your app to the app store(s). Once submission is completed, your app will need to be verified by the app stores.

When your app is made live, we will provide 3 months of free development support to ensure your app remains stable and bug free.
