If you’re targeting multiple markets with PPC there are multiple factors to take in account, not least which search engine to use. For any chance of success in China, Russia or South Korea, you need to be active on Baidu, Yandex and Naver and understand how to use them effectively.
The Yandex Expert course covers the principles of global paid search and the basics of these major search engines, before digging deep into Yandex, looking at everything from how to set-up campaigns to management and reporting. The course has been officially approved by Yandex, and attendees also have the opportunity to take the Yandex.Expert test, which when successfully completed, is an internationally recognised certificate demonstrating proficiency in Yandex.
The course combines teaching, group activities and interactive sessions and is led by global search marketing specialist Andy Atkins-Kruger and Yandex Expert Justyna Wilner. It is a 3 day course based in Berlin.
The course is run over 3 days, which are split up into the following:
- Day 1 – Introduction to Yandex
- Day 2 – Search Engine Comparisons and Setting Up Yandex Campaigns
- Day 3 – Managing Campaigns with Yandex and Yandex.Expert Test

Each day combines teaching, interactive sessions and activities to ensure you receive practical, actionable and comprehensive training and leave the training competent in managing campaigns across all of the search engines. There is maximum number of 12 delegates per course.
On Day 3, there will be opportunity to take the Yandex.Expert test and the course tutors will provide the necessary support to prepare you for the test.
You’ll receive a Yandex.Expert certificate if you pass the test.
