Naver launches Android browser called Whale

The South Korean internet company Naver has launched an Android version of its browser, called Naver Whale. The browser has a split-screen function, allowing users to have two websites open on the same tab. It also integrates Naver's machine translation service Papago. A spokesperson from Naver commented on the launch, describing Whale for Android as: “a user-friendly mobile browser based on feedback and new technologies”. There has so far been no indication of when an iOS version of the browser may be launched.
