Google has updated its Google Merchant Center, redesigning the interface, streamlining its navigation and adding some new features. The Home screen now displays dashboard data and recent announcements. Advertisers will find it easier to access additional Google Shopping programs, such as Product Ratings, Merchant Promotions and Local Inventory Ads, by clicking on the three dot icon at the top right of the Home screen. Currency conversions have been rolled out, meaning that advertisers will be able to sell their products in local currencies even if they do not have these currencies listed on their landing pages. The diagnostics page has also been updated. It will now be updated in real-time, rather than just twice a day as it was before.
