AO Sees Strong Growth In Europe In 2016

AO has announced that it saw high levels of growth in Europe during the middle of 2016. The online electrical company saw a 67% rise in revenue across the continent between April and September, pushed by a recent online launch in the Netherlands. AO launched in Germany last year and opened a brand new 35,000 square metre distribution warehouse, which delivers to both newly launched markets. The company also reported a growth of 21% in the UK alone, driven by new category launches which CEO John Roberts called “the natural next steps” for the retailer.
