Yandex.Direct has introduced the option to add callouts to some ads. Adverts in 1st place premium placement on desktops are eligible to have callouts. Callout ad extensions let you include additional text with your search ads that provide detailed information about your business, such as any special offers or just more information about the products and services you offer. Yandex has conducted research into the effectiveness of callouts and has found that they increase ad click-through rates by 3%. Advertisers who want to create callouts for their ads can do so through the Yandex.Direct web interface, the Yandex.Direct API, or through an Excel file.Â
