Nuria Serrano, from VCCP, joins us to talk about creativity in marketing, and how data should affect how you produce a campaign. Nuria speaks about the importance of finding a balance between data and art, as well as looking into why data can be useful to a company, even when it might first appear that a campaign has failed.

Nuria is currently Head of Planning at VCCP Madrid and Chair of the Account Planning Association Spanish Board. She holds a PhD in Communications and is also part of the academic research in the field of Cognitive Neuroscience applied to advertising. She is an expert in her field, and has worked with huge global brands whilst also speaking at multiple conferences across the globe.
