Ford Unveils Multi-Sensory Billboard

The ad blows out smoke and makes engine sounds

Ford has unveiled what it calls a 'sensory' billboard.Created by the advertising company Kinetic Worldwide, the billboards, which have appeared in Indian airports, blow out air, smoke and emit a sound when people walk past it.The creative director of Kinectic Worldwide in India has claimed that the more “immersive” adverts create better ROI and that “Ford has already seen an increase in potential buyers requesting test drives”.He also added that “first and business class travellers come with a mindset of luxuriating in a personalised experience”, which was the reason behind the advert's success. The billboard promotes the car company's new Mustang model, from which the advert takes its inspiration, creating the sound of the car's engine and emitting smoke in place of burning tyre rubber.
