Users can be targeted by how frequently they visit a webpage, how long they spend on the website or a specific webpage, and how much money they spend when making a purchase from the website.
Users can also be targeted by device type and by which dates they have expressed an interest in on hotel and flight websites.
To utilise these new targeting options, advertisers simply need to use the Custom Audiences tool, which is accessible via Ads Manager, Ad Creation, Power Editor and Analytics For Apps.
