For more complex or demanding projects, we recommend our Account Management service, assigning a dedicated account manager who will offer a single point of contact for all of your services with us.

This person will also provide you with regular contact, including monthly reports, analysis, and recommendations of all of the services we are providing and of the progress of your marketing efforts.

You will receive a monthly report and telephone call, as well as weekly updates via email. If you wish, weekly calls can be included.

Quality process

The process begins by completing a briefing questionnaire to clarify your objectives. This briefing will be visible to all the team members involved with delivering the account management and is the foundation for all our quality checks. We will need to know the KPI you want us to measure, benchmark, log ins to existing analytics and any previous reports if you have them.

Your dedicated account manager will detail your performance per target market, based on your KPIs, as well as analyse the services you currently have with us, making suggestions for other services you may benefit from.
