There are two possible settings for the Display Network:

  • The Automatic Placement lets Google decide where to show the ads/banners. It is the default setting and automatically displays the ads/banners anywhere on the network.
  • The Managed Placement allows the advertisers to choose where their ads/banners should be displayed.
