This service provides a reporting system via Global Central Analytics which delivers detailed information about the organic rankings of PLPs against their target keywords over time with daily rankings data, in-country or global. The reporting system is available as an on-demand report with various filtering capabilities to keep a regular eye on your PLP rankings and spot situations which require attention and action. It also allows for the generation and export of performance reports at ease, which can be distributed to your team members and other teams, or be used for regular organic performance meetings.
The process begins by completing a briefing questionnaire with your Account Manager to clarify your objectives and the information needed to set up the reporting. This briefing will be visible to all the team members involved with delivering the service and is the foundation for all our quality checks.
We will require you to provide a list of PLPs along with their target keywords – per country and/or language version of the website – which you want to track and receive reports on.
Note: You need to have a valid Google Search Console account for the website(s) from which the PLPs need to be monitored.
If your Google Search Console account is not integrated with Global Central Analytics, this must be done before setting up the PLP reporting, using the separate service “Google Search Console Global Visibility Integration”. Once integration is complete, the reporting system will be configured with the lists of PLPs and their keywords.
The reporting system is designed to show the daily rank positions over time of PLPs for their target keywords. Reports can be accessed “on-demand” in the Global Central Analytics interface or exported as PDF reports which can then be distributed as needed. In the online (on-demand) version, flexible data filtering is available, including date ranges, local or global rankings and on-the-fly filtering of ranked URLs and keywords. Information is also provided about higher ranked URLs than the PLP for its target keywords over time, which can be toggled on or off.
