Quality process

The process begins by completing a briefing questionnaire with your account manager to clarify your objectives. We will ask you to outline key information including your desired target audience, the subject of the copy, the tone you want it to be written in, any legal guidelines that must be adhered to, and any branding guidelines. We will also ask you to provide a template or, if you wish, we can create the template separately. This briefing will be visible to all the team members involved with delivering the service and is the foundation for all our quality checks.

A native speaker of your target language will then be briefed on the campaign. They will perform extra research into the topic before writing the copy. The copy will include:

  • Sender name
  • Subject line
  • Description (desktop only, optional)
  • Body copy
  • Button copy

This copy will then be passed on to a member of our content marketing team who will perform the following quality check:

  • Character count check
  • Duplication check
  • Layout check
  • Check if text is in line with the topic

We will send you the content in an Excel file.

You will then have 10 working days to check the content and ask for amendments. All requested changes after this time frame will have to be paid for separately. Furthermore, requests for amendments which are based on requirements not provided in the original brief must also be paid for separately.
