When managing an employee advocacy programme in VoiceStorm, it’s essential to approve content in a timely fashion and to ensure a high level of quality for the submissions being approved. We will regularly (daily/weekly) access the employee advocacy programme and work through the approval queue, checking if content is suitable and approving it if so.
The process begins by completing a briefing questionnaire to clarify your objectives. This briefing will be visible to all the team members involved with delivering the service and is the foundation for all our quality checks.
We will need access to the employee advocacy programme, with administrative rights. We will also need guidelines on what type of content is approvable and what shouldn’t be approved.
A social media specialist will regularly (daily/weekly) access the employee advocacy programme and work through the approval queue, checking if content is suitable and approving it if so. Any content which is not suitable will not be approved.
We are also able to add tags to posts for monitoring, if you request this.
