How website user experience appraisal works

The process begins by completing a briefing questionnaire with your account manager to clarify your objectives for the appraisal. This briefing will be visible to all the team members involved with delivering the appraisal and is the foundation for all our quality checks.

We will need you to give us access to all your tracking and analytic data (if the website is live).

If we require more data, we may ask for the website to host some analytic application so we can measure some important user experience/user interface factors. If this is the case, this may increase delivery time in order to allow for the collection of robust data.

Our content and web design team will appraise your website from a visual, interactive and usability perspective and compile a list of strengths and weaknesses for your website. They will also, using visuals of your website pages, highlight areas of interest (e.g. your strongest and weakest elements and areas) with commentary to explain their reasoning.

We’ll present our findings and recommendations in a PDF report.
