Once these amends are approved by you, we will implement the changes into your Content Management System.
The process begins by completing a briefing questionnaire with your account manager to clarify your web page's objectives. This briefing will be visible to all the team members involved with delivering the service and is the foundation for all our quality checks. We will need editing access to your website/CMS templates/style sheets and, if it is a system we are unfamiliar with, we will ask you for written instructions to enable us to edit the CMS.
