How it works
The process begins by completing a briefing questionnaire to clarify your objectives. This briefing will be visible to all the team members involved with sourcing and optimising the images and is the foundation for all our quality checks.
We will ask you to provide us with the following:
- an explanation of the message that each image is required to support and/or demonstrate
- the required image properties – i.e. pixel size, maximum KB and the type of application in which the image will be used
One of our design team will source three images for you, from which you will be asked to select your preferred one. We will then optimise your chosen image to your desired properties. The images will be taken from our Shutterstock and/or iStock libraries. Any image requested that incurs an additional cost will be charged for separately.
