Keyword Mapping

Whether you’re looking to target keywords with a new or existing website, having a plan, or keyword map, clarifies which keywords are being targeted by each URL. By doing this you will avoid targeting multiple pages with the same keyword, whilst ensuring that you target keywords with the most relevant page content. We will need a list of the URLs you want to optimise, your target keywords in the relevant language and if you have an existing website, ideally a recent ranking report [showing ranked URL and position] in the natural search results. We will provide a report, in Excel format, which gives a top level view of keywords targeted by each URL and used guide to further optimisation tasks, such as improving page content.

Meta Content Creation

To help search engines and web users to understand the content of your web pages, each page should contain high quality meta content. A native specialist will create meta content for your web pages, including title tags, keyword tags and meta description tags in your target language. You will receive this meta content in an Excel file.

Page Content Review

In order for your website to rank highly in search engines, it is important that it is optimised with good meta-data and popular and relevant keywords. A native speaker of your target language will make suggestions on how you can optimise your headings, text, images and hyperlinks by inserting keywords while preserving the linguistic flow. They will also create meta-content for your website, including the title tag, keyword tag and meta description tag. You will receive a report containing the recommended, optimised body content and the meta-data ready for you to upload to your website’s CMS system and add to your website template respectively.

Body Content Review

In order for your website to rank highly in search engines, it is important that your website’s on-page body content is optimised to contain popular and relevant keywords. A native speaker of your target language will make suggestions on how you can optimise your headings, text, images and hyperlinks by inserting keywords while preserving the linguistic flow. You will receive the recommended, optimised body content in a Word or PDF format, ready for you to upload to your website’s CMS system.

Mapping and Meta Content Creation

As part of your SEO efforts, you should ensure that your meta content is optimised and that your URLs have undergone careful keyword mapping. We will create meta-content for your website, including the title tag, keyword tag and meta description tag. We will also clearly map out a list of relevant keywords per URL, to provide structure to the site and ensure you get the most value from each target keyword. You will receive the keyword map and meta content in an Excel or PDF format.

Broken Links Scan

It is very important that your website does not contain any broken links as these discourage search engines to crawl and index your site, and also reduce customer trust in your website and brand. We will scan your website to identify any broken links and will produce an Excel report listing these.

Meta Content Review

To boost your website’s organic search performance, it is important to ensure that your website has relevant and up-to-date keyword-optimised meta data. We will review your existing meta content, checking that it is linguistically correct, relevant to the page content, well-optimised and uses the targeted keywords. We will send you our meta content review in an Excel format, ready for you to re-upload to your website template if necessary.

Search Engine Compatibility Action Plan

Problems with the technical aspects of your website can be disastrous for your SEO if they stop the search engines from crawling and indexing your pages properly. An SEO strategist will examine your website to identify any technical problems, such as slow pages, broken links and poor geo-targeting. They will then create an action plan containing immediate, short-term, medium-term, and long-term recommended fixes for these problems. We will deliver the action plan to you in a PDF format.

Site Health Check

Today’s major search engines, such as Google, Baidu, Naver and Yandex, use many factors in their algorithms to rank pages in search results. In our Site Health Check, your website will be thoroughly analysed from the perspective of site structure and crawlability, content, coding of pages, geo-targeting, indexation, link popularity and user experience. The site’s health will then be evaluated through a scoring system to determine its overall health in key areas. This information is followed by a detailed action plan and is provided in one comprehensive and easy-to-read report.

Full Technical Audit (SECA)

Problems with the technical aspects of your website can damage your SEO if they stop the search engines from crawling and indexing your pages properly. An SEO strategist will conduct an audit on all the technical aspects of your website to identify any technical problems that may be damaging your website’s SEO efforts. They will list these problems in a PDF document and will provide recommendations on how to fix them. They will also take part in a telephone call to go through the report verbally and answer any questions you may have. This audit covers 1 domain/platform and up to 5 languages.

Site Migration

A site migration can come at a heavy cost to your SEO if you lose your domain authority and backlink history. An SEO strategist can assist your site migration by producing a custom site migration guide, the redirect plan, auditing your new website while it is still in a development environment (not live yet) and – finally – validating the redirect implementation after “go live”. Please note that we cannot guarantee that rankings will be the same after migration.
