BuzzSumo has two features that can help you find influencers. Its Content Research tool allows you to find the most shared content about a particular topic. To do this, you need to click on the “Content Research” tab at the top of the page, type in a topic into the search bar and click “search”. You can filter your content by date, language, country and content type by using the filters on the left hand side. You will see a list of the most shared content displayed in a table. As an influencer marketer, the bit you should concentrate on is where it says the author of the content and where it was published. BuzzSumo also has a tool that allows you to find Twitter influencers. To do this, you need to click on the “Influencers” tab at the top of the page, type in a topic into the search bar and click “search”. You can filter by location and also by which type of influencer they are, for example bloggers, companies and journalists. You will see a list of influencers, with key information such as their Twitter name, number of followers, re-tweet data, website URL and domain authority. The free version of both these tools only let you see the top 10 results, but the paid versions all allow you to see 10,000 results. There are three paid versions: the “Pro” version costs 99 US dollars per month and is ideal for bloggers and small teams, the “Agency” version costs 299 US dollars per month and is ideal for agency teams, and the “Enterprise” version costs 999 US dollars per month and is ideal for brands and publishers.
