Amazon has given indications that it intends to introduce virtual reality to its shopping experience. It has been reported that the company posted a job description calling for a creative director of virtual reality to “envision the future of Amazon's VR solutions”. The apparent investment in the technology from Amazon comes after it hired the former head of the Tribeca Film Festival to control its VR projects.Â
