How it works

The process begins by completing a briefing questionnaire with your Account Manager to clarify your objectives. This briefing will be visible to all the team members involved with delivering the service and is the foundation for all our quality checks.

We will need full access to your social media account(s), as well as details such as what you want us to monitor (e.g. negative feedback) and any issues that you have had in the past that we should know about (e.g. excessive spam).

One of our specialists, who will be native in your target language, will go through your account to identify any comments that need to be addressed and replied to.
