We will need full access to your social media account(s), as well as details such as what you want us to monitor (e.g. negative feedback) and any issues that you have had in the past that we should know about (e.g. excessive spam).

They will translate these comments into English in order to report to you. They will then reply to the posts in the target language and an English translation will also be provided for you. They will await your approval prior to publishing any replies.
