What are TrueView in-stream ads?
TrueView in-stream ads run on videos served on YouTube, on Youtube search results or within the Google Display Network videos, games and apps. These ads may also run on YouTube videos that are embedded on other websites. They can also appear on Android and iOS YouTube apps, as well as m.youtube.com. The minimum recommended video length is 12 seconds and three minutes is the recommended maximum video length, although there is no limit on the length of the video ad.
Viewers can skip the video ad after five seconds, howeverthe advertiser will not be charged unless the viewer engages with the video ad, or watches 30 seconds of the video or the full duration of the video if it's shorter than 30 seconds. Video interactions include clicks on the call-to-action overlays, cards and companion banners.
The method of payment for this campaign is CPM (a charge per 1,000 impressions)
