Why Do You Need A Workflow?
At the heart of any translation and localisation project is a strong, efficient workflow. Without this in place, you may be setting your team up to fail.
The incorporation of tools, systems and best practice processes is an integral aspect of any improvement or development of a translation workflow.
We can bring our expertise to help you understand what can and should be expected to be attained from your translation workflow. We will collaborate with your internal teams to define the strategy that will give you the most out of your new and improved workflow, reducing your localisation volumes, costs and time to market, whilst increasing the quality and consistency of your localised content.
Workflow Consultancy Process
Following an initial discovery call, charged at the standard hourly rate for consultancy, our team will estimate the number of hours to complete the particular tasks required. This covers any additional calls or meetings, preparation of materials, engineering time and liaising with external suppliers (if required).
If the estimated time allotted is more than the task requires, we will issue a credit note for the remaining funds, which will be deducted from your next invoice(s).
If the estimated time allotted is less than the task requires, we will inform you when only three hours remain. We will estimate how much more time will be required to complete the task and, when agreed in writing you, a second invoice will be raised.
Our specialised team of dedicated project managers and localisation experts will work side-by-side with your localisation/translation manager and/or content managers to define the requirements that your workflow should cover based on your specific needs. The team will continue providing their support from the early project stages through the decision making, set-up and testing, and continuously providing support on any future changes or improvements on every localisation project supplied by us thereafter.
