Filming your event can provide you with a variety of benefits, such as providing you with promotional material, event round-ups and informational/educational content for attendees or people who could not make it.
We will attend and film your event, capturing a range of footage from general footage of the event, to testimonials and vox pops, to longer interviews or event overviews.
The process begins by completing a briefing questionnaire to clarify your objectives. This briefing will be visible to all the team members involved with delivering the service and is the foundation for all our quality checks.
Two people from our team will attend your event, one of whom will be a professional videographer. We will bring our own equipment, which includes up to two cameras and sound recorders.
Based on your directions, we will record the parts of the event that you want recording and create professional videos based on this footage, which can be:
This service includes one round of editorial revisions.
This service is charged at a day rate, which includes up to 3 videos, each with a maximum length of 3 minutes. Please note that the number and length of the videos is flexible, so we can provide 2 x 4.5 minute videos, if you would prefer. Longer or additional videos would be charged at an extra rate, per video. All the footage recorded can be given to you, upon request.
Video recordings of conference talks and presentations would be included in the package as an alternative to the shorter videos.
If for whatever reason you would like us to use an external presenter, rather than our own presenter, then this would be an additional cost which would vary depending on your requirements.
Please note that travel and accommodation expenses are additional charges.
