Our Adobe Experience Manager Translation Connector allows you to push content securely through your translation workflow directly from your Adobe Experience Manager Content Management System (CMS). Generating translation-friendly XML files and depositing them in a secure cloud-server means there is no longer a need to manually copy-paste content in to and out of your CMS.

Quality Process

Prior to the integration of the Translation Connector you will have been asked to complete a briefing questionnaire to clarify your objectives. This briefing will be visible to all the team members involved with delivering the service and is the foundation for all our quality checks.

Once the primary integration of the Translation Connector has been completed within your Adobe Experience Manager CMS then the continuous web content translation workflow can commence. Please note that the primary integration comes at an additional charge.

Depending on the final agreed translation workflow your dedicated Project Manager will access Adobe Experience Manager via our portal, which connects the CMS to the secure cloud-based server, and identify new content for translation. The content will then be exported to the cloud as translation-friendly XML files before preparing them for translation in one of our Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) Tools.

As part of our Primary Integration service we will identify the number of channels required to connect your Adobe Experience Manager CMS. The structure of your website and the number of portals set-up within Adobe Experience Manager will determine the number of channels to be configured, whilst the number of channels will determine the number of licenses you will require.

One license offers only one active channel at any one time. As the Translation Connector allows us to switch from one channel to another by disabling a particular channel’s import-export functionality, you are still able to have multiple channels assigned to a single license however these will need to be activated and deactivated as and when required.

Translation Connector licenses are charged on a subscription basis and can be ordered on a quarterly, bi-annual or annual basis.

You can also bundle licenses into packages of 1, 3, 5 or 10 licenses. This service covers 3 licenses.
