Towards the end of the translation workflow, but prior to review or delivery, your files may need tidying-up in order to ensure that the translated content is correctly reformatted, and all is present and correct.
Your dedicated project manager will “clean” your file once the translated version is delivered by the translator. Once “cleaned” your project manager may have to manually tidy-up the file to ensure that the translated version replicates the original source file as closely as possible.
If your documentation contains editable textboxes, tables, graphs and charts then there is often some tidying-up which needs to be done in order to cater for text expansion etc.
During an initial evaluation of your files our engineers will establish the level of involvement which will be required in order to tidy up your content and, if needed, will incorporate this aspect into your translation workflow.
