We will upload your content (text, images, videos, infographics etc.) to your website, set up internal/external links, add meta descriptions and titles for SEO and then visually proof on page to ensure the finished article is optimised for purpose. We will then seek your approval before publishing the article to go live.
We will ask you to provide us with all the content (including meta data etc.) that requires uploading, instructions as to where in the site it should appear, and written instructions of the process we should follow. We will also need editing access to your website.
A member of our web design/content team will upload the content to the content management system, creating any links that are needed, then review the page affected in an offline environment (the CMS must enable this) before asking for sign-off from you. We will make pages live if you wish, or they can be left ‘inactive’ for you to activate at a later date.
