The process begins by completing a briefing questionnaire to clarify your objectives. We will need to know your requirements for the usability testers and what tasks you want them to attempt on your website. This briefing will be visible to all the team members involved with delivering the usability testing and is the foundation for all our quality checks.
All our usability testers have been recruited on the basis of their articulacy and the usefulness of their feedback, meaning that you can be confident in the quality of the feedback you will receive. You can select individuals to take part in your website’s usability testing from our panel of testers on basis of gender, age, nationality, household income / class, as well as any other specialist filters that you require (e.g. car owners).

This table of suggested fixes will then be prioritised by the estimated impact of fix and cost / complexity of implementing the fix. Finally, we will identify which fixes should be split-tested.
