Google Shopping has partnered with three new ecommerce sites: BigCommerce, Magento and PrestaShop. The partnerships mean that retailers who sell their products on any of those three sites will be able to integrate their account and easily upload their inventory into Google Shopping. This means that when people search on Google, their products will be displayed in the Google Shopping ads section, thereby increasing their reach. An advantage of Google Shopping ads is that they target people who are actively searching on Google for the exact or similar products. In order to take advantage of the new partnerships, retailers need to link Google Merchant Center to their BigCommerce, Magento or PrestaShop account. All data will automatically be imported to Google Shopping, and all updates made in these accounts will be automatically updated in Google Shopping as well.
