While you’re waiting to hear back about your application, we encourage you to browse our website and get to know us better.
Who sees your information?
As you can imagine, we receive hundreds of applications per job opening. All of our applications are reviewed by real people in HR and our hiring team.
We work hard to get back to applicants within a couple of weeks. Generally, we’re pretty good at this, but sometimes it can run a bit longer.
We're fortunate to have a lot of talented individuals who want to join Webcertain. This means we’re only able to follow-up with applicants who closely match the requirements for each job. If you don’t get selected to move forward for this role, it doesn’t mean you're not awesome, it just means that your application hasn’t quite fit our application needs.
Depending on the role and team, we typically conduct an initial video chat, followed by a further more in-depth video interview. These discussions take place with a member of the HR and the hiring team and you may be asked to complete an appropriate test. The full interview cycle usually lasts a few weeks depending on the role, but we aim to complete the process as quickly as possible. Once an offer has been accepted, we close the position and notify all applicants.
Freelance opportunities (translators/copywriters and other relevant services)
We will review the information you submit and depending on the service we go through a series of checks which may include a test, qualifications and a video call with scenario-based questions to confirm your knowledge.
