Overall Purpose:

To provide a professional and effective support to the team, business, partners and clients with the objective of adding value to the business and enabling the company to provide excellent quality translation services and expand its client base. To be innovative and solutions based to enable personal and business growth.

Key accountabilities:

  • Effectively communicate with and support the account management team, and other departments to support high-profile clients; ensuring customer satisfaction and quality services are delivered
  • Plan, schedule and monitor the progress of multiple projects from quote to delivery ensuring that the most cost-effective and efficient processes are used
  • Prioritise own work as appropriate to meet the customer expectations and the Company’s requirements
  • Ensure that the best possible localisation process is set up for the client’s needs and follow projects from quotation to delivery of final projects and invoicing
  • Provide knowledge-based support for client & internal calls & e-mails as required
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements, including researching as required
  • Implementation of new processes and solutions to your workflows as required
  • Follow-up with any feedbacks from any source internal or external to ensure continual development and improvements for the team and the business
  • Manage and maintain records ensuring that systems and processes are effective and easily accessible
  • Effective & appropriate use of Global Central and other resources to ensure effective monitoring of projects
  • Continual self-development and learning via the available resources such as our in-house learning platform, Gala, ITI, LinkedIn, and other sites & events
  • Attend events, client meetings, conferences, training sessions, etc. both internally and externally as reasonably requested
  • Support the Team Leader with the process of project coordinator recruitment including training and buddying
  • Create and provide training to the team
  • Effectively and appropriately communicating to the team leader as and when required
  • Other duties needed to help drive to our vision and mission goals, and abide by our organisation’s values

Skills and attributes required:

Essential:

  • Project management customer service experience gained from working with our clients and other departments
  • Strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and high level of IT literacy, including the use of CAT Tools, systems and programs; including the ability to research solutions for new tools and processes
  • Have an adaptable, flexible and solutions-based approach to rapidly changing business needs
  • Be responsive to client driven changes, offering cost-effective and ongoing process development to ensuring the highest quality deliveries
  • Self-sufficient, and proactive with good organisation skills in the day to day handling of tasks
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and achieve timeframes set by clients
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision by using own judgements on all aspects of work, keeping your team & manager informed as required
  • Ensure you are continually up-to-date knowledge of Translates Industry and software and how this links with Digital Marketing Services
  • Language degree or equivalent
  • Project coordinator experience
