Overall Purpose:

To manage social media and influencer marketing projects from start to finish ensuring all the information necessary is provided by the account manager, managed/processed by the social media team and delivered to the client. You will liaise with other departments within the business, external influencers and customers to ensure that a centralised execution process is being followed to best practice, and plan to meet delivery dates whilst conducting quality assessment over the deliverables.

Key accountabilities:

  • Being responsible for the management of clients’ social media channels
  • Developing and executing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
  • Creating, developing and managing compelling social media content to build and increase client engagement
  • Developing and managing an editorial calendar and content plan for social media activity
  • Engaging with followers to build relationships with the social community and encourage engagement
  • Monitoring and reporting on the success of social media strategies
  • Working closely with the APAC manager to ensure a consistent global approach to all social media and influencer marketing projects
  • Ensuring all internal and external training requests are carried out professionally and delivered either online or in person following the best social media and influencer marketing practices
  • Planning, executing, supervising and delivering market intelligence and influencer research

Skills and attributes required:


  • Experience in managing organic and paid social media campaigns and building a strong media presence
  • An understanding of analytics and social listening platforms
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communications skills
  • Show initiative, coupled with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • A strong team player and lateral thinker, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently
  • Fluency in English and native level proficiency in Japanese, Chinese or Korean


  • Experience in working with influencers, whether on social media or other online platforms
  • Experience in carrying out research
  • Experience in delivering training
  • MS Office
