Overall Purpose:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an SEO Specialist to join our expanding SEO team. This is a key role reviewing various areas of search engine performance as well as developing and driving forward international SEO strategies

Key accountabilities:

  • Develop SEO strategies, roadmaps and recommendations for international SEO campaigns based on clients' objectives
  • Develop geo-targeted SEO recommendations to help clients achieve local and / or international search visibility
  • Produce various technical audits and analyses including, but not limited to: site speed audits, canonicalisation and redirect audits, indexation audits, search engine compatibility audits, site migration audits, redirect plan development, XML sitemap audits and creations, meta content audits, backlink profile analyses, SEO keyword and PLP analyses, SEO ranking and traffic analyses
  • Create, analyse and present insightful and actionable SEO performance reports for clients’ websites
  • Be involved in client meetings to discuss requirements, make tactical recommendations and present findings / results of conducted audits or analyses
  • Be involved in SEO discovery projects for prospects to form strategies and recommended SEO/SEM activities based on conducting initial SEO assessments
  • Collect, aggregate, analyse, and report for the SEO channel
  • Uncover opportunities for improvement, provide insights and report on SEO program effectiveness
  • Keep abreast of latest changes and developments in the SEO industry and successfully convert those learnings into opportunities for clients and new SEO projects
  • Collaborate with extended team to share findings that impact broader online/offline marketing strategy
  • Develop know-how content for training materials and to grow your company profile

skills and attributes required:


  • Ability to fluently write and speak in English
  • Experience in search engine optimisation & organic search campaign management
  • Understanding of the key algorithm updates and SEO implications
  • Understanding of Search Engines’ best practices and industry trends
  • Ability to change strategies and adopt new techniques as the search space evolves
  • Proficient use of various SEO tools including, but not limited to:
    • Screaming Frog
    • Google Search Console
    • Google Analytics
    • Majestic SEO
    • Keyword Research Tools
    • SEMRush or Ahrefs
    • MOZ
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with data reporting tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel to include pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs, and charts
  • Ability to effectively and confidently communicate with the clients and colleagues through email, written reports and presentations
  • Ability to understand the nature of the clients’ business, their business goals and KPIs
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-through skills
  • Team-player, self-driven and analytical
  • Proactive, positive attitude with the ability to use initiative
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload under pressure
  • Ability to work towards tight deadline
  • Good time management skills
  • Good commercial awareness skills


  • Agency experience
  • Experience in dealing with international clients and colleagues
  • Experience with web content management platforms such as WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, etc
  • Foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or other programming languages
  • Understanding of web site development techniques, responses, consumer journey and conversion optimisation
  • Native level proficiency of one of the Webcertain’s business languages.
