Senior Designer

Overall Purpose:

The successful candidate will conceptualise, develop and manage the production of innovative, inspirational and effective content for international campaigns to build brands and increase sales.

Key accountabilities:

• Work collaboratively with content marketing, account management and sales teams to deliver creative solutions which meet client objectives and brand guidelines
• Contribute to the evolution of Webcertain’s own brand
• Conceptualise, plan, and create digital assets for multilingual campaigns, with the support of internal and external resources
• Translate concepts and ideas into visually appealing, eye-catching, and memorable content
• Take ownership of creative projects and manage them from start to finish
• Streamline internal processes to ensure efficiency and quality in all deliverables
• Constantly look for new inspiration, innovation and ideas and keep up to date with industry trends

Skills and attributes required:

Essential:

• Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Digital design experience including designing for web, email, digital advertising and social media.
• Animation experience
• Experience working on B2B campaigns
• Working knowledge of html and CSS
• Solid understanding of design principles
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desirable:

• Experience working in an agency
• Video editing skills
• Basic understanding of key digital marketing channels – SEO, Paid Media, Social Media
