Overall Purpose:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Associate to join us and support the Business Solutions team in the promotion and sale of our comprehensive suite of international digital marketing services. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn the ropes of sales, digital marketing, and client engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Sales Managers, gaining valuable insights and contributing to the success of our growing client portfolio.

Key accountabilities:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and target industries
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads through various channels
  • Support Sales Managers in conducting initial client consultations to understand their business needs
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to gain exposure to the sales process
  • Aid in the development of sales proposals, ensuring they align with client requirements and company capabilities
  • Assist in creating compelling presentations and collateral for client pitches
  • Provide administrative support to Sales Managers in managing client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of information and resources
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Assist in preparing reports on market analysis and relevant data
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Contribute to the preparation of regular reports on sales performance

Skills and attributes required:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about digital marketing services
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Native or bilingual level of proficiency in a European language


  • Good understanding of international digital marketing
