Overall Purpose:

As a PPC Specialist, you’ll play one of the key roles in our team of paid media experts through managing a portfolio of our international clients. You will be responsible for planning and executing their paid campaign strategies as well as identifying new opportunities to grow accounts that are assigned to you. You will analyse account performance, generate and report on insights and deliver a high impact and quality service to our clients.

Key accountabilities:

  • Planning and setting up paid campaigns for clients
  • Managing paid campaigns on a day-to-day basis focusing on achieving KPIs agreed with the client
  • Developing high-impact growth strategy (together with our account executives/managers) for each client account based on data-driven decisions
  • Producing monthly reports and attending client calls to provide strategic recommendations based on campaign performance
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments

Skills and attributes required:


  • Experience in managing paid media campaigns - Search, Display, Shopping
  • Practical knowledge of Google Ads and at least one of the following - Baidu, NAVER Ad or Yahoo Japan
  • Practical knowledge of Analytics tools - Google Analytics, Baidu Tongji, NAVER Analytics
  • Proven track record of achieving growth for paid media campaigns in a B2C or B2B setting
  • Commercial acumen focused on achieving balance between maximising business profit & delivering exceptional customer support
  • Proactive and highly adaptable to change with positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and resolve problems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Fluency in English and native level proficiency in Japanese, Korean or Chinese


  • Good knowledge of tracking and automation methods
  • Ability to audit accounts to identify areas of improvement
  • Experience in pitching services to clients and prospects
  • Experience in reporting to senior management on profitability and key KPIs achieved
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Advertising
  • General knowledge of Adobe Advertising Cloud or other Programmatic platforms
  • Exposure to other areas of digital marketing such as SEO, social media, content and website development
  • Experience in delivering training
  • Excellent MS Office skills
