Overall Purpose:

The purpose of the role is to co-ordinate the Keywords projects. You will report to and work closely with the Team Leader and Operations Manager, ensuring timely delivery of high quality international digital marketing campaigns.

Key accountabilities:

  • Liaising regularly with the Account Managers in order to fulfil the demands in Keywords projects
  • Coordinating and prioritising between Keywords projects to ensure they are carried out within the deadlines
  • Ensuring that Keywords project statuses are regularly updated within the company’s internal project management system Global Central (GC)
  • Working closely with Coordinators and Trainees in order to allocate Keywords tasks to team members
  • Managing tasks done externally by linguists and freelancers
  • Training and supervising Keywords staff to ensure that tasks are carried out correctly and to specification
  • Reviewing Keywords projects to maintain high standards of work and ensure we deliver first class services
  • Keeping the Keywords guidelines and training materials updated
  • Ensuring services are delivered in line with industry best practice and guidelines set by other departments (where relevant)
  • Creating know-how materials

Skills and attributes required:

  • Experience of project management
  • Ability to co-ordinate a wide range of tasks within their project scope
  • Advanced Word/Excel/MS Office Skills
  • Working experience of different keyword research tools
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding client needs and translating into operational processes
  • Working to tight deadlines
  • Reliable with a track record of on-time delivery
  • Ability to prioritise effectively between different projects
  • Ability to manage own workload under pressure
  • Ability to train, schedule work and supervise other team members
  • Strong research mind-set
  • Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
  • Fluent English and one Webcertain business language, spoken and written to a native level
  • Flexibility to adapt to business requirements
  • Flexibility to adapt to client’s requests
  • Positive attitude and willingness to develop in the role


  • Degree in any discipline
  • A linguistic background
  • Knowledge of SEO and PPC best practices
  • Native level in French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish
