Overall Purpose:
To identify target profiles, generate and qualify sales leads to create opportunities and, ultimately, bring new clients for International Digital Marketing and Translation service offering. In addition, build key customer relationships and maintain extensive knowledge of the current market conditions.
Key accountabilities:
- Generate sales leads via various channels and turn this into increased business
- Responsible for the achievement of sales targets
- Creating sales pitch materials and delivering presentations for persuading customers to buy digital marketing and translation services
- Undertake Social Selling by building and leveraging the social network to find the right prospects, build trusted relationships and, ultimately, achieve sales goals
- The successful candidate will position themselves as a subject matter expert by sharing relevant industry content, commenting on news alerts, and building their professional brand
- Research and join relevant LinkedIn groups that serve our target audience
- Post regularly on LinkedIn and other relevant Social Media platforms
- Drive inbound connections & LinkedIn network growth
- Approach the target profiles to create opportunities
- Drive new conversions by closing the sales deals
- Nurture leads generated by the Marketing team through various channels and activities such as webinars and events
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organisation
- Set up and attend meetings between client decision-makers and Webcertain’s practise leaders
- Plan approaches and sales pitches – work with the delivery departments to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives
- Handle objections by clarifying and emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
- Represent Webcertain and transmit the company’s values and culture to clients
- Generate leads and build relationships that are turned into new business
- Keeping up to date with Webcertain’s new and existing services and suggest new services to the SMU following the industry trends and the prospects’ needs
- Deliver reporting on the activities undertaken regularly

Essential:
- Ability to generate and qualify leads
- Ability to sell digital marketing and translation services and meet sales targets
- Proven track record in sales and in developing new business within the digital marketing industry
- Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of the full range of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.
- The ability to blend these digital marketing services to create the most effective digital strategy & campaign for various clients
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Ability to communicate effective solutions to the prospects to convert them into new business
- Excellent critical reasoning skills
- The ability to observe situations and solve problems using lateral thinking
- Excellent communication skills
