Overall Purpose:
As a Digital Marketing Account Executive or Account Manager you will be an integral part of the Account Management team. You'll work closely with clients to understand their unique marketing goals, develop, and execute their European and global digital marketing strategies, and ensure that campaigns deliver measurable results. With your keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, you'll be responsible for building strong client relationships and providing exceptional customer service throughout the journey.
Key accountabilities:
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Develop strong relationships and understand their business objectives to provide tailored digital marketing solutions
- Digital Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and more
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting the agreed-upon KPIs
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations to clients for optimization and improvement
- Client Development: Identify opportunities to grow the collaboration with clients and work towards renewing and expanding contracts
- Industry Trends: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance our service offerings
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution and achieve clients' goals
- Commuting: Periodic travel to the York office or client meetings elsewhere may be required

Essential:
- Impeccable business English and communication skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing-related roles, preferably in an agency environment
- Excellence in customer service
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools, including SEO, PPC
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights and strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and results to clients effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- A passion for marketing, technology, and the drive to stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel
