The search market in Belgium is relatively tricky to target - partly thanks to one or two major search engines being absent from the scene - Yahoo does not have a Belgian portal. Added to that, the split into two main languages (actually there are at least three languages in Belgium as German has a presence too) and the proximity and ease of access to France and the Netherlands are all factors.
There is a Google Belgium site, however, which can be found at www.google.be.
